VIM-NH offers free health care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our first clinic is located at Cross Roads House two nights each month from 6-8pm.

Are you eligible?
If you are uninsured and do not have a primary care provider, VIM-NH will be able to help you. If you have insurance but have difficulty with affording prescription coverage or co-pays, we may also be able to help as well.

We do not require proof of income or proof of residence.
Eligibility – you are eligible to receive care at VIM-NH if you do not have a primary care provider, regardless of insurance status.
