Youth ages 18-21, who are either transitioning out of foster care or experiencing housing insecurity, for adulthood and independence.

The Independent Living Program provides safe, apartment-style housing for youth and equips them with the skills, support, and resources necessary to meet their personal, educational, and employment-related goals.
