Requirement: Applicant must be or must have been in foster care  Majoring in health sciences  FAFSA or ORSAA required – based on financial need  Age 26 or younger at time of first award  Preference for students from Deschutes, Jefferson, and Crook counties, but open to all Oregon residents  Must enroll at least half-time  Automatically renewable for up to 5 years if renewal criteria met

Scholarship Purpose: To award scholarships to students who have been or remain in foster care and wish to attend an Oregon public college or university and major in health sciences.
