Long Term Housing (defined as 6 months or more): DIAL/SELF has multiple properties that that have a rental subsidies attached, and works with property owners in the community to house young people ages 18-24, as tenants. These programs offer varying levels of support and programming depending on the young person’s individual needs. Depending on a young person’s individual circumstances and situation DIAL/SELF may be able to help a young person with initial move-in costs and help to subsidize the rent while the young person works to obtain the income needed to support their housing themselves.
